Tree of Life

Aims: This therapeutic space will offer well-being support for young people and their parent/carer in Enfield. It will enable you to learn about your strengths and skills, help you to reflect on your hopes and values and how to achieve your goals and manage harder times. It will involve joining with others in a small group to create a story of future hopes, as they would like them to be. This will be a confidential space, working as a group and individually supported by facilitators. Sessions will build on each other each week, so that people feel safe to share what is helpful for them. We will work towards a final celebration session, where participants will receive a certificate of achievement. Led by Educational Psychologist and Parent Support Advisers.
