The Enfield Strategy for Autistic Children, Young People & Adults
EASA has worked alongside colleagues in Enfield Council, Education, Health, Social Care and the Voluntary Sector to develop the Enfield Strategy for Autistic Children, Young People and Adults. The strategy outlines Enfield’s commitments in 7 key areas:
- Celebrating and valuing autistic people
- Providing needs-based support
- Enabling fair access to education
- Supporting more autistic young people into employment
- Recognising and combating isolation and loneliness
- Providing inclusive mental health support
- Improving support in the criminal and youth justice system
